CurateSync Media is seeking a proactive Curation Specialist to join our editorial and product teams in shaping engaging, high-quality content experiences for millions of readers and shoppers.
In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and assemble compelling content and product selections, maintain robust curation guidelines, and collaborate across editorial, product, and marketing to deliver relevant, trend-driven experiences.
As a key contributor, you will help define audience personas, build topic-based collections, and champion data-informed decision making to elevate discovery and engagement across our platform.
Responsibility
- Source and evaluate high quality content and products to feature on the platform
- Develop and maintain robust curation guidelines and taxonomy
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and marketing teams to plan and execute collections
- Conduct content audits and performance analyses to optimize relevance and engagement
- Build topic-based collections and seasonally relevant features
- Monitor trends, audience signals, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and content partnerships
- Help define KPIs and report on impact of editorial curation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Library Science, or related field
- 3+ years in content curation, editorial, or product discovery roles
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills with a discerning eye for quality
- Experience with content management systems and workflow tooling
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and metadata optimization
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication
- Portfolio of curated collections or showcases
