Lumina Content Labs is seeking a data-driven Content Curation Specialist to build engaging, well-organized content experiences for our audience. You will collaborate with editorial, product, and engineering teams to curate thoughtful collections and improve content discovery across our platforms.

As a member of our team, you will shape content taxonomy, curate thematic collections, and partner with product and UX to create intuitive discovery paths for users.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain content taxonomies, topic hierarchies, and metadata schemas to enable precise discovery.
- Curate high-quality collections across domains, ensuring relevance, freshness, and balance.
- Collaborate with editors and product teams to define curated paths, playlists, and featured sections.
- Analyze user engagement data to optimize curation strategies and demonstrate impact.
- Manage content ingestion, tagging, and quality control within the CMS and data pipelines.
- Establish governance and review cycles to maintain consistency and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with UX and SEO teams to optimize discoverability and on-site search experiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content curation, editorial, or information architecture.
- Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, indexing, and search optimization.
- Experience with content management systems and data pipelines.
- Excellent editorial judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
