Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select high quality content across assigned topics, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and originality.
- Develop and maintain subject taxonomies and metadata schemas to support scalable discovery.
- Edit and summarize content, write concise metadata, and ensure consistent editorial tone.
- Collaborate with editors, product, and SEO teams to optimize content discoverability and engagement.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust curation strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain documentation, standards, and workflows for content lifecycles and quality control.
- Build relationships with external content creators and partners to expand diverse sources.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content curation, editorial, or information architecture.
- Strong research skills with ability to assess content quality quickly and accurately.
- Experience with metadata standards (e.g., Dublin Core, schema.org) and taxonomy design.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
