Lumina Growth Agency is seeking a talented Copywriter to join our NYC-based marketing team. You will craft compelling, conversion-focused copy across websites, landing pages, emails, product pages, and social content. Responsibility
- Develop high-conversion copy for websites, landing pages, emails, product descriptions, and social media that aligns with brand voice and business goals.
- Partner with product, design, and SEO teams to craft clear, user-centric messaging informed by data, user research, and analytics.
- Editorially refine copy for accuracy, tone, grammar, and consistency across all channels.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for headlines, CTAs, and page structure; assimilate results to improve performance.
- Maintain and evolve the brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns and channels.
- Source and manage external contributors when needed, while ensuring all content meets quality and compliance standards.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering polished copy on time while communicating progress to stakeholders.
Qualification
- 3-6+ years of professional copywriting experience in B2B/B2C, SaaS, or marketing agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web copy, landing pages, emails, and social content with measurable results.
- Excellent command of English, superior grammar, and adaptable writing style to match different brands and audiences.
- Basic SEO knowledge, keyword research experience, and familiarity with optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Collaborative team player with proven ability to work across product, design, and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines; proactive communicator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
