Capital Dynamics is seeking a Creative Media Producer to lead and execute multimedia production across internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will shape compelling visual stories that strengthen our brand, support executive messaging, product launches, and stakeholder communications. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of video, animation, graphic design, and audio assets, from concept development and storyboarding to production, post-production, and delivery across multiple channels.
In this role you will collaborate closely with marketing, corporate communications, product teams, and external partners to translate concepts into engaging content that resonates with audiences in Malaysia and beyond. You will plan shoots, manage resourcing and budgets, direct or supervise videography, motion graphics, and sound design, supervise editors, and ensure on-time delivery with meticulous attention to quality and brand standards. You will oversee asset management, version control, and accessibility considerations, while maintaining creative consistency across campaigns and platforms.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end multimedia production for internal and external communications, ensuring on-brand storytelling and high production quality.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and script multimedia content spanning video, animation, graphics, and audio.
- Plan shoots, source talent and locations, manage schedules, and oversee production budgets.
- Direct or supervise videography, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and post-production editing.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to translate strategy into compelling assets.
- Ensure accessibility, rights management, and asset organization across all channels.
- Maintain brand consistency, quality standards, and delivery timelines across multiple campaigns.
- Continuously optimize content for web, social, and traditional media while measuring impact and iterating on learnings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range in video, motion graphics, animation, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and either Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with sound design, color grading, and basic 3D or motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysia market, media production facilities, and Kuala Lumpur studios is advantageous.
