Capital Dynamics is seeking a Creative Media Producer to lead multimedia production for internal and external communications and marketing initiatives. This role partners with the marketing, brand, and communications teams to craft engaging stories through high quality video, motion graphics, and content across multiple platforms.
You will own end-to-end production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment, audience focus, and timely execution. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with technical proficiency in video editing, animation, and post production, plus strong project management skills.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end video and multimedia production for internal and external communications and marketing initiatives
- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with brand guidelines and audience needs
- Plan and manage shoots or remote productions, coordinating talent, crew, equipment, and schedules
- Edit video and audio using industry standard tools, perform color grading and sound mixing
- Create motion graphics and animations to communicate complex ideas and product features
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver on-brand assets and repurpose content for social channels
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and quality assurance
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in film, media production, communications or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on video production or multimedia content creation with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and audio editing
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and editorial judgment with attention to detail
- Experience in color grading, audio mixing, and knowledge of delivery formats for web and social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams
- Understanding of social media best practices and content optimization
