Lumina Narrative Labs is hiring a versatile Creative Writer to join our growing content studio in New York City. This full-time role centers on producing high-quality, original content that informs, entertains, and converts while preserving brand voice across channels.
As a Creative Writer, you will collaborate with editors, designers, and strategists to develop compelling narratives for blogs, white papers, case studies, social assets, video scripts, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibility
- Develop original content concepts and outlines that align with brand voice and business goals.
- Write clear, engaging, and adaptable copy for blogs, articles, social media, video scripts, and marketing collateral.
- Edit and rewrite drafts based on feedback to improve clarity, tone, and SEO performance.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and SEO specialists to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Research industry topics and audience needs to inform content strategy.
- Contribute to content calendars and manage multiple assignments to deadlines.
- Support content testing and optimize for engagement metrics through data-informed iterations.
- Polish final drafts and ensure grammar, style, and factual accuracy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in marketing, technology, or media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across long-form and short-form content
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to adapt voice to different brands and audiences
- Solid research skills and the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
