Responsibility
- Develop original, high-quality content across formats including blogs, white papers, social content, and long-form articles.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and strategists to ensure consistent voice and messaging.
- Lead concept development, drafting, editing, and revision cycles from outline to publication.
- Research audience needs and industry trends to inform tone, structure, and style.
- Optimize content for readability, SEO, and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and transparent progress updates.
- Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and speed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional writing experience with a strong portfolio across formats.
- Exceptional storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt voice to different brands and channels (web, social, email, video scripts).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.
- Excellent research abilities and a knack for turning data into compelling narratives.
- Experience with CMS and collaborative tools; excellent time management and communication.
