You will collaborate with editors, designers, and product teams to develop engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and advances business goals.
Responsibility
- Create original, high-quality narrative content across blogs, newsletters, social media, and product copy
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and product teams to develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar
- Research, outline, and craft compelling stories with a clear arc, tone, and audience-centric messaging
- Edit and revise drafts for clarity, rhythm, grammar, and style consistency
- Optimize content for SEO and reader engagement without compromising storytelling quality
- Mentor junior writers and review submitted work from freelancers
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional writing experience with a published portfolio
- Strong storytelling ability across formats including long-form articles, microcopy, and campaigns
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills and familiarity with AP/Chicago style
- Experience with SEO content, keyword research, and on-page optimization
- Proficiency in CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and content workflow
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and feedback skills
- Ability to adapt voice to different brands and audiences
