This role supports the credit workflow by processing daily loan and credit applications, reconciling figures, and maintaining accurate records within our internal systems. You will collaborate with marketing and credit teams to ensure timely and compliant processing of customer information.

Responsibility
- Process and verify daily credit applications submitted by marketing and frontline teams
- Reconcile daily disbursement data with internal records to ensure accuracy
- Validate customer information and supporting documents to comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Enter data into core banking or CRM systems with high accuracy and speed
- Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product terms, risk criteria, and compliance standards
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on application flow, turnaround times, and outstanding items for management
- Provide professional service to internal stakeholders and customers, addressing inquiries effectively
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); D3/S1 is preferred
- Excellent physical health and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management
- Basic financial literacy and understanding of loan products
- Proficiency in data entry and MS Excel; experience with banking software is a plus
- Strong Indonesian communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with consumer finance regulations and compliance requirements
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and demonstrate integrity in all tasks
