As a Field Collector, you will be on the front line, visiting borrowers at home or business locations to collect payments, verify loan status, and update records. Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to borrowers to collect payments and verify loan status in a courteous and compliant manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve collection outcomes.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within policy; document terms clearly in the system.
- Maintain accurate records in the loan management system; update statuses and notes daily.
- Plan efficient daily routes and manage time to maximize outreach.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to supervisor; participate in dispute resolution as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; protect borrower data and privacy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure proper documentation.
Qualification
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Experience in field collection, debt collection, or customer service is a plus; fresh graduates may apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to de-escalate conflicts.
- Valid driving license and own motorcycle (preferred); willingness to travel within Cianjur and surrounding areas.
- High integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic data entry and reporting; comfortable using mobile devices and simple software.
- Fluent in Indonesian; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
