Responsibility

  • Conduct regular field visits to borrowers to collect payments and verify loan status in a courteous and compliant manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve collection outcomes.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within policy; document terms clearly in the system.
  • Maintain accurate records in the loan management system; update statuses and notes daily.
  • Plan efficient daily routes and manage time to maximize outreach.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to supervisor; participate in dispute resolution as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; protect borrower data and privacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure proper documentation.

Qualification

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Experience in field collection, debt collection, or customer service is a plus; fresh graduates may apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Valid driving license and own motorcycle (preferred); willingness to travel within Cianjur and surrounding areas.
  • High integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with basic data entry and reporting; comfortable using mobile devices and simple software.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
