We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to join BCA Finance in Jakarta (Penempatan DKI Jakarta). This contract role focuses on building enduring partnerships with customers and automotive dealers/showrooms, driving sales of automotive financing products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be a trusted advisor who understands financing options, credit terms, and the needs of both buyers and dealers, helping them to achieve their vehicle ownership goals.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of dealer partners and key customers, initiating conversations, conducting needs analysis, and presenting tailored financing solutions. You will coordinate with credit, collections, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing from application to disbursement, while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Proactively cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers and automotive dealers/showrooms to drive funded loans and cross-sell financing products.
- Assess customer needs and present suitable financing options, including installment plans, credit terms, and value-added services.
- Coordinate end-to-end loan origination from application through disbursement, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to secure timely approvals while maintaining risk controls and compliance.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track sales targets, and provide regular updates to the sales supervisor.
- Provide training and product knowledge to dealer partners to maximize collaboration and product uptake.
- Deliver excellent customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high dealer and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events and dealer meetings, representing BCA Finance professionally.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or automotive financing within financial services or banking sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Ability to work in Jakarta, with willingness to travel to dealer networks as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High integrity, compliance awareness, and ability to work in a regulated environment.
