Join Lumina Curations as a Content Curation Specialist to oversee discovery and editorial selection of high-quality content across our platforms. You will partner with product, editorial, and data teams to shape our curated experiences and ensure accuracy, freshness, and user value.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and maintenance of curated content collections aligned with product goals and user needs.
- Define and implement a robust content taxonomy, metadata standards, and tagging strategies.
- Monitor content quality, relevance, freshness, and accuracy; audit collections regularly.
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and data teams to design engaging user experiences and editorial calendars.
- Source and evaluate third-party content and partnerships to enrich curated offerings.
- Establish and track KPIs for content curation performance (engagement, retention, searchability).
- Create guidelines and training materials for internal teams on best practices in curation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years in content curation, editorial, or information architecture roles.
- Strong editorial judgment with ability to balance breadth and depth of coverage.
- Experience with metadata standards (Schema.org, Dublin Core) and taxonomy design.
- Proficiency with data analysis and content management systems; familiarity with SQL or data visualization a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
