Responsibility
- Develop and maintain editorial guidelines for content curation, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage the selection, evaluation, and prioritization of content across platforms.
- Apply taxonomy and metadata tagging to improve searchability and recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, editorial, and analytics teams to optimize content performance.
- Monitor audience signals and feedback to refine curation strategies.
- Create and maintain curated collections, topic clusters, and recommended reading lists.
- Maintain vendor relationships for content feeds and licensing if applicable.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in content curation, editorial, or information architecture.
- Strong research skills and ability to assess content quality and relevance.
- Experience with metadata standards, taxonomy, and CMS systems.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and project management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
