What you will do

- Apply metadata tagging and taxonomy to optimize search, discovery, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with editors to plan content calendars and seasonal themes that drive engagement.
- Monitor content quality, licensing, attribution, and accuracy to protect brand integrity.
- Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to continuously refine curation workflows.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to inform discovery features and content recommendations.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in content curation, editorial, or information management roles.
- Strong research skills and ability to verify information from credible sources.
- Experience with content management systems and metadata tagging frameworks.
- Familiarity with licensing, attribution, and data privacy considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and content discovery best practices is a plus.
