Responsibility
- Curate and organize high-quality content across categories, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain content taxonomies, tagging schemas, and metadata standards.
- Collaborate with editors, product, and data teams to define curation criteria and workflows.
- Conduct literature and source research, verify credibility, and manage copyright considerations.
- Monitor content performance using analytics, and adjust curation strategy to improve engagement and retention.
- Establish scalable processes for onboarding new sources and auditing existing content.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards summarizing content quality metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content curation, editorial operations, or information architecture.
- Strong research skills and ability to assess credibility; familiarity with fact checking.
- Experience with CMS and taxonomy design; ability to create metadata schemas.
- Data driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools such as GA, Mixpanel, or Excel to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven cross functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of copyright licensing and content rights basics; ability to manage risk.
