Responsibility

Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian; strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools; strong data entry accuracy.
- Ability to remain patient and professional while handling difficult customers and demanding situations.
