Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary
- Manage customer records accurately in our CRM and document interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems
- Identify patterns and provide feedback to product teams to improve customer experience
- Meet or exceed service-level targets and quality standards
- Provide product education and onboarding support to new users
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and uphold company values
Qualification
- 1+ year of customer service, help desk, or call center experience (b2c or b2b)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Ability to work US-based business hours and occasional weekends
