Moii Aesthetic Clinic is actively seeking a highly skilled Dermatologist (SPKK) to join our growing team in Bali. As a Dermatologist at Moii, you will lead comprehensive dermatology evaluations, diagnose a wide range of skin conditions, and design individualized treatment plans that balance medical therapy with cosmetic procedures. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, aestheticians, and support staff to ensure a seamless patient journey from initial consultation through aftercare. Our clinic supports ongoing professional development and embraces innovative technologies to stay at the forefront of dermatology and aesthetic medicine in Bali.
We are looking for a clinical expert who can provide expert medical dermatology care, perform approved aesthetic procedures, and educate patients about skincare maintenance and prevention. The successful candidate will contribute to clinic protocols, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and help elevate Moii’s reputation for exceptional patient experience in the region.
Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive dermatology consultations, diagnose conditions, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform and supervise cosmetic dermatology procedures (laser therapies, chemical peels, microneedling, light-based devices) with strict safety and infection control standards.
- Manage pre- and post-procedure care, monitor outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with nurses, aestheticians, and other clinicians to coordinate patient care and optimize the patient experience.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with medical ethics and privacy regulations, and participate in clinical governance.
- Educate patients on skincare, sun protection, and treatment expectations; provide clear aftercare instructions.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development, participate in clinical reviews or research, and mentor junior staff.
Qualification
- Medical degree with Specialist Dermatology (SPKK) certification and a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in dermatology or aesthetic dermatology.
- Proficiency in diagnosing skin conditions and delivering medical and cosmetic dermatology treatments.
- Experience with laser devices, energy-based therapies, chemical peels, and other common aesthetic procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills; fluency in Indonesian and English preferred.
- Commitment to ethical practice, safety, and patient privacy; adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment and manage multiple cases effectively.
