Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive destination marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to boost visitor arrivals and engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams including content, PR, partnerships, and product to launch integrated campaigns.
- Manage relationships with tourism boards, hotels, attractions, and local SMEs to co-create compelling itineraries and experiences.
- Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize channels, creative, and ROI.
- Plan and host trade shows, press trips, and influencer programs to raise destination awareness.
- Oversee budget, timelines, and vendor negotiations with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with product and sales to align tours, experiences, and packages with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and policy changes to adapt strategy and maintain competitiveness.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in destination marketing, travel, or hospitality with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategy.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and partner management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities; proficient in stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, attribution platforms).
