Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to boost brand awareness and online sales.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar; create engaging copy and visuals for website, blog, social media, and product pages.
- Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content strategy to improve organic performance.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with budget oversight and ROAS targets.
- Collaborate with product, design, and retail teams to tell consistent brand stories and drive conversions.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Test and optimize growth tactics including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and email workflows.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and Indonesian market nuances to keep campaigns fresh and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of hands‑on digital marketing and content experience; e‑commerce or premium retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English; Indonesian proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush) and CMS (WordPress or similar).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong project management, time management, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
