Responsibility
- Develop and own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and content marketing.
- Lead budget planning and performance optimization to maximize ROI with monthly reporting.
- Manage cross-channel campaigns, set KPIs, and run A/B tests on landing pages and creatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align go-to-market and demand-gen efforts.
- Build a scalable attribution model and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate external agencies/vendors.
- Drive experimentation and growth initiatives to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in digital marketing with proven ROI across channels (search, social, display, email, analytics).
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager; experience with SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets over six figures.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills; knowledge of SQL or advanced Excel is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with solid project management and leadership skills.
