NovaWave Digital is a data-driven marketing agency helping brands scale online. We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, paid media, content, and social to drive measurable growth. This is a hybrid role based in New York City with flexibility for remote collaboration across time zones.
As a cornerstone of our marketing team, you’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization, collaborating with product, design, and sales to deliver compelling customer experiences. If you are passionate about data, storytelling, and performance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a holistic multi-channel digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead SEO, paid search, social advertising, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Plan and manage yearly and quarterly budgets, pacing, and forecast performance metrics.
- Build and optimize campaigns using data-driven testing (A/B and multivariate) to improve ROI and CPA.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce compelling assets and landing pages that convert.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators using Google Analytics, GA4, and marketing automation platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of revenue or lead growth.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytics skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
