NovaBoost Digital is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Austin. You will lead multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, nurture leads, and optimize funnel performance. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data, excels at collaboration, and is passionate about scaling brands in competitive markets.
As a core member of the growth team, you will develop strategies across SEO, paid media, content marketing, email, and analytics to generate qualified pipelines and maximize ROI.
At NovaBoost Digital, you will own the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns with a focus on measurable impact. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration with product, design, and sales teams.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, content, social, and email to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
- Own KPI tracking, analytics setup, and regular performance reporting with actionable insights.
- Plan and manage paid media budgets across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
- Lead content strategy including blog, landing pages, and lead magnets to support funnel growth.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to optimize conversion rates and onboarding flows.
- Build and maintain a robust SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building.
- Run A/B tests and landing page experiments to improve CTR and CPA.
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a data-driven, creative culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results in B2B or B2C environments.
- Strong proficiency with SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing automation tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or similar).
- Deep understanding of funnel marketing, attribution, and ROAS optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and planning skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in Austin and adapt to evolving priorities.
