LuminaEdge Marketing is a boutique, data-driven agency delivering immersive digital experiences for fast-growing tech brands. We partner with ambitious teams to scale revenue through measurable campaigns and compelling storytelling. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to design and execute integrated campaigns that move the funnel, boost acquisition, and maximize ROI. You will obsess over data, test ideas, and translate insights into compelling, scalable programs.
Responsibility
- Develop and own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, content, social, and email.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic buys.
- Drive content marketing initiatives including blog, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages to generate qualified leads.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, technical SEO, and on-page optimization for target keywords.
- Own analytics and reporting; define KPIs, build dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and sales to align demand generation with revenue goals.
- Mentor junior marketers, manage agency partners, and ensure campaigns are compliant and on-brand.
- Test and iterate on email marketing, landing pages, and creative to improve conversion rates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven results in multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social advertising, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Google Analytics), tag managers, and attribution models.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with a bias for experimentation and optimization.
