Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing to drive pipeline.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI and scalable growth.
- Funnel optimization from awareness to conversion using analytics, experiments, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce high-converting assets and messaging.
- Monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and deliver regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM workflows to nurture leads and accelerate revenue.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensure brand consistency, and adapt strategies to changing market dynamics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with analytics and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot/Marketo).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize ROI.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
