Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content channels to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) with clear KPIs and budgets.
  • Own the content calendar and collaborate with creators to produce high-impact blog posts, landing pages, and assets that convert.
  • Implement and optimize conversion paths, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve funnel performance and ROAS.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and report results to leadership with recommended optimizations.
  • Lead marketing automation and CRM initiatives to nurture leads, score prospects, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure a consistent brand message and aligned go-to-market programs.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, evangelizing data-driven experimentation across channels.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record across SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, and major social advertising platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies; strong Excel skills; SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
