Join NovaSphere Digital, a fast growing marketing agency in New York City, as a Digital Marketing Manager. You will lead multi channel campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth for diverse clients. We seek a data driven storyteller with a track record of elevating brand presence through SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
In this role you will collaborate with cross functional teams, own channel strategy, set KPI targets, manage budgets, and mentor junior team members. This is a high impact, hands on role in a remote friendly environment with hybrid in person options.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to achieve business goals.
- Optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with data driven testing and ROI tracking.
- Lead SEO initiatives including technical audits, on page optimization, content strategy, and backlink development.
- Analyze performance data, build dashboards, present insights, and continuously improve CAC and LTV.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to ensure consistent brand voice and effective conversion paths.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record across multiple channels.
- Strong SEO and SEM expertise; Google Ads certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Looker Studio) and data driven decision making.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker who thrives in a fast paced, metrics driven environment.
