We are seeking a strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize high-impact campaigns across search, social, email, and content channels. At NovaPulse Digital, you will partner with product, design, and sales to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth.
You will own channel strategy, measurement frameworks, budget allocation, and creative testing. The ideal candidate is data-driven, obsessed with conversion, and capable of turning complex insights into clear action.
This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX (remote-friendly).
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content marketing.
- Own performance metrics, set KPI dashboards, and report insights to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Plan and manage a multi-channel budget, optimize CAC and ROAS, and run A/B testing.
- Collaborate with product and design to create compelling campaigns and landing pages.
- Drive lead generation and nurture programs, elevating MQLs to SQLs.
- Oversee content marketing calendar, including blogs, videos, webinars, and case studies.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and tactics.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelance contributors when needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C with demonstrable results.
- Strong experience with SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social advertising, email marketing, and analytics (GA4).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content optimization skills.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a bias toward experimentation and measurable impact.
