We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, content, and email.
As a key member of our growth team, you will own the full funnel strategy, measurement framework, and optimization experiments. You will partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver measurable ROI and scalable playbooks that accelerate client success and business outcomes.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance to achieve defined ROI targets.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to define KPIs, tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of coordinators and specialists while managing vendor and agency relationships.
- Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B tests, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Own content strategy and SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social, and email.
- Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and analytics including GA4.
- Proficiency with marketing technology stacks including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable campaigns and experiments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
