Job description

NovaPulse Marketing is seeking a results oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our New York City team. You will own end to end campaigns across channels, analyze performance, and collaborate with product and sales to drive growth. This is a high visibility role for a data driven marketer who thrives in a fast paced environment.

In this role you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, manage paid search, social media, email, and content programs, ensure brand consistency, and optimize for conversions and return on ad spend. You will also mentor junior team members and partner with cross functional stakeholders to align on go to market plans.

Responsibility

  • Own the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and report on ROAS and funnel metrics to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to develop compelling assets and messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and vendor relationships to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure alignment on lead handoffs and pipeline development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast paced environment, with demonstrated results across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (eg HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
