We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns in the New York metro area. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on analytics, experimentation, and collaboration with creative, product, and sales teams.
In this role, you will own planning, execution, and optimization across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social to drive demand and revenue growth.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn) with budget oversight and ROAS targets.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with growth goals.
- Analyze performance data, synthesize insights, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Own marketing automation and CRM integration, including lead scoring and nurture programs.
- Execute A/B tests, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization to improve funnel performance.
- Oversee content calendar, SEO optimizations, and backlink acquisition to strengthen organic visibility.
Qualification
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results across multiple channels.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
