Responsibility
- Develop and execute omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, and display to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn) budgets with a data-driven approach.
- Lead SEO and content strategy initiatives to boost organic visibility and nurture funnel progression.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to develop compelling assets, landing pages, and offers that convert.
- Implement tracking, measurement, and reporting frameworks using analytics tools; translate data into actionable insights.
- Conduct rigorous A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve activation, retention, and ROI.
- Own performance dashboards, share monthly performance reviews, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scale campaigns globally.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in digital marketing with proven results across paid media, SEO, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven decision making, experimentation mindset, and a passion for optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce, and multilingual capabilities.
