Pulse Digital Marketing is hiring a results driven Digital Marketing Manager in New York, NY. This role leads multi channel campaigns, drives demand generation, and optimizes ROI for B2B and B2C brands.
What you will do
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content channels.
- Manage and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels within a defined budget.
- Develop and refine SEO strategy, audit content, and collaborate with the content team to optimize on page and technical SEO.
- Plan and implement email marketing and marketing automation to nurture leads and improve conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, and other analytics tools; create weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and aligned go to market messaging.
- Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization initiatives.
- Mentor junior marketers and manage external agencies and vendors.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and display advertising.
- Strong analytics background (GA4, Looker/Tableau); excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Creative, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
