Pulse Digital Marketing is hiring a results driven Digital Marketing Manager in New York, NY. This role leads multi channel campaigns, drives demand generation, and optimizes ROI for B2B and B2C brands.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels within a defined budget.
  • Develop and refine SEO strategy, audit content, and collaborate with the content team to optimize on page and technical SEO.
  • Plan and implement email marketing and marketing automation to nurture leads and improve conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, and other analytics tools; create weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and aligned go to market messaging.
  • Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization initiatives.
  • Mentor junior marketers and manage external agencies and vendors.

  • Strong analytics background (GA4, Looker/Tableau); excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration.
