NorthBridge Digital is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our NYC-based team. You will orchestrate integrated campaigns across SEO, paid acquisition, email, social media, and content marketing to attract, convert, and retain customers.
As a pivotal member of the growth team, you’ll collaborate with product, design, and analytics to create high-impact experiences that move metrics and build brand authority in a competitive landscape.
Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email) to achieve quarterly targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; derive insights to improve ROI.
- Own content strategy alignment with buyer personas and funnel stages.
- Manage budgets, bids, and creative testing for paid channels.
- Coordinate with design and copy teams to produce high-converting assets.
- Implement marketing automation and nurture flows to drive leads and MQLs.
- Perform A/B testing and landing page optimization to increase conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices; evangelize data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- 2+ years in digital marketing with proven results across SEO, PPC, email, and social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell data-driven stories.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
