Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage paid media budgets (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn) and maximize ROAS through ongoing testing and optimization.
- Lead SEO strategy including technical optimization, on-page content, and link-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling assets and landing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Analyze performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and present clear reports to stakeholders.
- Design and run A/B tests and experimentation to improve funnel performance and user experience.
- Implement marketing automation and nurture programs to move leads through the funnel and support sales.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience across channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and major social advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
