Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, display) with a focus on growth and ROI.
  • Manage paid media budgets, bid strategies, and performance testing across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Improve website and landing page performance through testing, UX enhancements, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators; generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling campaigns and assets.
  • Build and manage email marketing programs, automation workflows, and lead nurturing tracks.
  • Implement tracking, measurement, and marketing technology integrations (GA4, GTM, CRM) to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content strategy.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
