Lumina Growth Agency is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our New York City team. You will own multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing, with a strong focus on measurable ROI and lead generation. Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and display to meet lead and revenue targets.
- Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies including technical, on-page, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.
- Develop content calendars and collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling assets.
- Run paid search and social campaigns, monitor performance, and perform routine optimization and testing (A/B/Multivariate).
- Set up and analyze dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools to derive actionable insights.
- Plan and execute email nurture programs and marketing automation workflows to drive engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising (Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Google), and content marketing
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
