BrightPath Digital is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing NYC team. You will plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across search, social, email, and content channels to drive demand and revenue.
As a core member of our marketing team, you will partner with product, design, and sales to craft compelling narratives and measurable outcomes. This role offers a clear path to leadership for candidates who excel at turning insights into action.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, and email to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
- Create data-driven reports for stakeholders with actionable insights and clear success metrics.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to produce compelling assets and optimized landing pages.
- Manage budgets across channels, forecast spend, and ensure efficient spend and ROI targets.
- Implement marketing automation and nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, test innovative tactics, and continuously improve marketing operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Demonstrated track record of driving demand and revenue; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and attribution modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and landing page optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
