Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content channels.
- Own measurement and reporting, translating data into actionable optimizations that improve ROAS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to craft compelling campaigns and landing pages.
- Plan and manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Test and iterate creative assets (A/B tests, ad variants, email templates) to improve CTR and conversions.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s presence across social platforms and content calendars.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and brand guidelines while delivering best-in-class marketing experiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Proven track record of growing organic search traffic and paid media performance.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
