We’re seeking a data-driven Dropshipping Growth Specialist to optimize product selection, supplier relationships, and funnel performance to drive profitable growth for our world-class brand portfolio.
You will partner with product, marketing, and logistics teams to design and execute end-to-end dropshipping strategies that maximize margins, reduce cycle times, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibility
- Identify high-potential product niches and conduct data-driven product research to inform assortments and pricing.
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, secure favorable MOQs, and ensure reliable fulfillment.
- Create scalable product listings and pricing strategies for multiple storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces).
- Develop and optimize order fulfillment workflows to minimize delays, errors, and returns.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic, optimize funnels, and maximize ROAS.
- Monitor KPIs (margin, CAC, LTV, ROAS) and provide actionable insights with weekly performance dashboards.
- Automate recurring tasks using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and inventory tools to increase efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing and implement process improvements for faster go-to-market and improved customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- 3+ years in dropshipping, e-commerce, or supply chain roles with a proven track record.
- Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent platforms and catalog management.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment, returns processing, and customer service workflows.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
- Self-starter who can thrive in a remote-friendly, results-focused team.
