Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Dropshipping Growth Specialist to join our fast-growing e-commerce team based in New York. You will own the end-to-end process of building profitable dropshipping stores, optimizing supplier relations, and scaling campaigns across channels.
In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to identify winning products, negotiate favorable terms, and implement data-driven strategies that convert visitors into customers.
Responsibility
- Identify high-potential products and profitable niches through market research and data analysis.
- Source reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage order flow to ensure fast, accurate fulfillment.
- Build and optimize dropshipping stores on platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Create and scale acquisition campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and other channels.
- Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS.
- Develop pricing, promotions, and upsell strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor product quality, and manage returns and refunds efficiently.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling product pages and creatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in dropshipping, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of building profitable dropshipping stores and scaling campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce and app ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
