Join NovaCommerce Labs, a fast-growing e-commerce innovator focused on scalable dropshipping solutions. We’re looking for a Dropshipping Growth Specialist who can turn data into action and build strong supplier partnerships that fuel profitable, timely product launches.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end dropshipping lifecycle—from supplier onboarding and negotiation to listings optimization and orders fulfillment. You will collaborate with marketing, logistics, and support teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers and products for profitability, quality, and shipping times
- Onboard new suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish service level agreements
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and margin optimization across channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay)
- Coordinate order fulfillment with suppliers, monitor KPIs, and resolve delays
- Analyze data to optimize funnels, run A/B tests on product pages and pricing
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service to improve the post-purchase experience
- Lead process improvements and implement automation to scale operations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in ecommerce, supply chain, or business
- 2+ years in dropshipping, wholesale, or marketplace operations
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a track record of favorable terms
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and DSers/Oberlo or similar tools
- Familiarity with product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10) is a plus
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
