NovaCart Labs is seeking a results-driven Dropshipping Operations & Growth Specialist to join our fast-paced ecommerce team in Los Angeles. You'll own the end-to-end dropshipping lifecycle, partner with trusted suppliers, and craft scalable processes that convert traffic into loyal customers. Responsibilities span supplier onboarding, product research, listing optimization, and automation to drive profitability. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Logistics to accelerate product launches and ensure world-class fulfillment. This role is based in Los Angeles with hybrid options for local candidates.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end dropshipping operations from supplier onboarding through order fulfillment, quality control, and returns.
- Lead product research to identify winning items with data-driven validation and market trends.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor performance metrics, and ensure reliable fulfillment.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across Shopify and WooCommerce for profitability.
- Build and maintain automations (Zapier, sheets, inventory apps) to scale operations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with Marketing to plan product launches and campaigns that maximize ROI.
Qualification
- 2+ years in dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong product research and supplier negotiation skills; proven track record of profitable SKUs.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce and related apps (DSers, Oberlo, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with dashboards.
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Integromat/Make) and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Hybrid or on-site in Los Angeles preferred; remote-friendly for qualified candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
