At ApexDropship Co., we empower ambitious ecommerce brands to scale through strategic dropshipping operations. Weβre seeking a Dropshipping Operations Lead to own supplier relationships, product validation, listing optimization, and order fulfillment at scale.
In this role, you will partner with global suppliers, implement automation, monitor profitability, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to drive sustainable growth.
Location: New York, NY with flexible remote options.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end dropshipping operations, including supplier onboarding, product validation, pricing, and profitability tracking.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, lead times, and favorable terms.
- Develop and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Shopify store, Amazon, eBay) to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and returns, ensuring a smooth customer experience and timely communication.
- Implement automation tools and workflows (DSers, Oberlo, Zapier) to scale operations and reduce manual workload.
- Monitor key KPIs (CART, margin, fulfillment time, defect rate) and run monthly improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to run pricing tests, promotions, and product launches.
Qualification
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in dropshipping or ecommerce operations.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify (or similar platforms), DSers/Oberlo, and supplier management tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers across regions.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to interpret dashboards (Profit, margins, CAC, ROAS).
- Experience with product research, market validation, and pricing strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working cross-functionally in remote teams.
- Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple launches and priorities.
