Join Zenith Dropshipping as a Dropshipping Operations Manager and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our global dropshipping workflows from our Los Angeles base.
This role blends supplier onboarding, product research, catalog optimization, order processing, and automation to deliver fast, reliable customer experiences. You will partner with Marketing, Procurement, and Tech teams to create scalable processes that improve margins, reduce costs, and accelerate growth.
Responsibility
- Onboard and manage a roster of vetted suppliers, ensuring product data accuracy, price parity, and reliable lead times.
- Lead product research and validation to identify high-margin, trend-aligned items for our catalog.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, compelling descriptions, and high-converting images; monitor performance and iterate.
- Own order processing and fulfillment workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate tracking; manage returns and refunds.
- Implement automation and dashboards to track KPIs (order cycle time, margins, supplier performance, ad spend ROI).
- Collaborate with Marketing to align product assortment with campaigns and launches; coordinate promotions and pricing strategies.
- Drive SOPs, training, and continuous improvement across the dropshipping operations team; maintain quality standards and compliance.
Qualification
- 3+ years in dropshipping or e-commerce operations; hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce, and suppliers such as AliExpress or CJ Dropshipping.
- Proven track record of optimizing product listings and driving sales growth through data-driven decisions.
- Strong supplier onboarding, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; strong written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
