NovaCommerce Labs is seeking a Dropshipping Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end product sourcing, supplier relationship management, order fulfillment, and profitability for our fast-growing ecommerce brand. This role blends data-driven decision making with operational excellence to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, marketing, and logistics teams to scale product lines, optimize margins, and ensure seamless order processing across multiple channels.
Responsibility
- Source and validate new suppliers and products for profitability and quality.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and shipping options to maximize margins.
- Own end-to-end order management from checkout to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance metrics (margins, ROAS, inventory turns) and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop scalable SOPs for product listings, inventory control, and returns.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to optimize product pages and campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of dropshipping, ecommerce, or supply chain operations experience.
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
- Proficiency with Shopify, DSers, Oberlo, or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; ability to analyze margins and costs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.
