Join a fast growing e-commerce company as a Dropshipping Specialist. You will own supplier relationships, product sourcing, and end-to-end order fulfillment for a global store while driving profitability and efficiency. This role blends strategic sourcing with hands-on execution to scale a high converting dropship operation.

Responsibility
- Identify profitable product opportunities across niches and align with store strategy
- Manage supplier onboarding, negotiation, and performance monitoring
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, shipping timelines, and quality control
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and margin analytics to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Implement automation and standard operating procedures to scale operations
- Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate on sourcing strategies
- Maintain compliance with import rules and resolve supplier issues
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce, operations, or related field
- 2+ years in dropshipping, e-commerce ops, or supplier management
- Proficiency with Shopify or similar platforms and supplier apps (DSers, Oberlo, or AliExpress)
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remote-ready with strong self-discipline
