We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Growth Manager to own end-to-end growth initiatives for a portfolio of client brands. This role blends analytics, experimentation, product thinking, and marketing execution to drive measurable results across funnels, channels, and lifecycle moments.

What you’ll do is empower teams to think big, move fast, and measure impact. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, craft test hypotheses, run rapid experiments, and translate findings into scalable changes that optimize conversion, average order value, retention, and ROAS.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end growth strategies for a portfolio of e-commerce brands across Europe, aligning with revenue targets and brand vision.
  • Design, prioritize, and run a structured program of A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize the funnel from awareness to repeat purchase.
  • Analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps for product, marketing, and design teams.
  • Manage paid media and organic acquisition channels (SEO, SEA, social, email) to maximize ROAS while maintaining healthy CAC.
  • Lead CRO initiatives, including UX improvements, pricing strategies, checkout optimization, and post-purchase experiences to boost LTV.
  • Collaborate with product, design, content, and technology partners to implement improvements and ensure scalable, measurable outcomes.
  • Develop budget forecasts, track performance against targets, and communicate impact to stakeholders with clear dashboards and reporting.
  • Mentor junior growth teammates and foster a culture of experimentation, data literacy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or product growth experience, ideally with agency or multi-brand exposure.
  • Strong analytics mindset with proficiency in GA4, SQL/BI tools, and data visualization; ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or other major e-commerce platforms; familiarity with customization and integration options.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention through experiments and optimizations.
  • Excellent understanding of paid media and organic growth levers across channels (PPC, SEO, email, social, affiliates).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of partnering with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA a plus.
