NovaCart is a fast-growing e-commerce platform delivering delightful shopping experiences to customers across Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to own the growth engine across D2C and marketplace channels. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to optimize the customer journey, increase conversion, and maximize revenue while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
As the E-commerce Growth Manager, you will work cross-functionally to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, build scalable processes, and mentor junior team members to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy across D2C and marketplace channels.
- Optimize product discovery, merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversion rate and average order value.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to run analytics-driven experiments (A/B testing, CRO) and measure impact.
- Oversee platform integrations (Shopify/Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar) and ensure data quality and reliability.
- Own SEO, content, email marketing, paid media, and social commerce efforts to drive revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report progress to leadership with actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or growth hacking.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and conversion rate in e-commerce across D2C or marketplaces.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau) and a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus or other e-commerce platforms; familiarity with merchandising and pricing strategy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
